Swissci坐滴結(jié)晶板孔徑加寬，便于操作；圓錐形孔，微編號在顯微鏡下可見，便于觀察；高級聚合物具有紫外透射性，可用于區(qū)分鹽晶體和蛋白質(zhì)晶體；密封性好，空間間隔寬，提供足夠的空間使膠帶密封；結(jié)構(gòu)堅固，不會發(fā)生中央彎曲；長期儲存樣品也不會蒸發(fā)；容量范圍廣，樣品處理量大（儲液槽50-100μl，液滴50 nl-5μl），可用機器人進行高通量結(jié)晶；設(shè)計符合ANSI/SLAS 1-2004標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，通用性強，易于自動化操作。Midi高度為11.7mm；Low Profile高度為7.75mm。

The MRC Maxi optimization plate is a new design for macromolecular crystallization presented in a 48 well format. Offering easy to automate crystallization optimization with large sitting-drops. MRC Maxi is intended for large drops and is compatible both with standard robotic systems as well as manual pipetting. The plate was developed at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (Cambridge, UK) in collaboration with Jan L?we and Fabrice Gorrec. It is a result of many years of experience in successful robotic high-throughput crystallization and complements the original MRC crystallization plate.

Wide range of volumes
Volumes validated for MRC Maxi are up to 10 μl of sample and 200 μl of the crystallization reagent.
